If you sign up or log in, Firebase Authentication processes account information such as your email address, your account identifier, and authentication details. We do not ask you to publish your account password. If you submit visitor feedback, we save the name you provide, your rating, your message, your Firebase account identifier, and submission time. Feedback is held for moderator review; only approved feedback (including the supplied display name, rating and message) is shown publicly.

Automatically collected information

Website visits may involve browser and device information, IP addresses, usage events, cookies and similar identifiers. Our website includes Google Analytics and Google AdSense scripts, which may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers in accordance with their services and applicable choices. Google and other advertising partners may place and read cookies, or collect information using web beacons and IP addresses, when advertising is served. The availability and personalization of ads depends on account approval, geographic rules, and user consent where required.

Third-party services and embedded content

TelecomHub uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore for account features and feedback moderation; Google Analytics to understand site visits; and Google AdSense for potential advertising. Some pages embed YouTube videos or link to external services, including LinkedIn and educational resources. These services may process data under their own privacy notices. You can choose not to interact with embedded media or external links.

Why we process information

We use account data to provide login and member services; feedback data to collect, moderate, and display approved reviews; and usage information to improve content, measure performance, and support advertising. We do not intentionally publish the email address or account identifier associated with submitted feedback.

Cookies and advertising choices

You may block or delete cookies using your browser settings. You can manage some Google advertising preferences at My Ad Center. Where legally required, TelecomHub must obtain consent using an appropriate consent management platform before activating the relevant advertising or tracking technologies. A browser cookie setting alone may not provide all required consent options.

Retention and your requests

Account records and submitted feedback are retained as needed to operate the corresponding features and comply with applicable obligations. You may contact the site operator to request access, correction, or deletion of your account-related feedback or to raise a privacy concern, subject to applicable law. Deleting an account in one service may not automatically remove separate feedback records.

Children

TelecomHub is intended as a general educational and professional resource, not specifically directed at children. If you believe personal data has been submitted improperly, please contact the site operator.
